For operations requiring the patient to be supine, the table can be configured with a Jackson frame. This configuration provides padding for the patient's face and chest, allowing for a natural posture and easy access to the back of the spine.
We use the "Jackson with four posts" configuration, which attaches columns that only touch the patient's thighs, pelvis, and chest, while the abdomen is completely hollowed out. The position of the column can change the curvature of the patient's spine.
